Gear units production program started some time at the start of the 80s.
The agreement on business and technical cooperation with the EICKHOFF (German) has been the base for establishment of the GOŠA - EICKHOFF Joint Venture Company for gear units manufacture. In designing and production of gear boxes Gosa Fom has long term experience, knowledge, modern program packages for calculation and high technological capacities that facilitate designing and manufacture of the most diversified gear boxes types with fulfillment of all technical requirements of the Customer.
GEAR UNITS PRODUCTION TYPES
Helical and bevel-helical gear units:
- Gear stages 1 to 4 stages
- Power ratings up to 3000 kW
- Transmission ratios i = 1 … 630
- Nominal torques up to 500000 Nm
Planetary gear units:
- Gear stages 1 to 4 stages
- Power ratings up to 7000 kW
- Transmission ratios i = 1 ... 15000
- Nominal torques up to 1000000 Nm
High speed gear units:
- Stages 1 or 2 stages
- Power ratings up to 5000 kW
- Transmission ratios i = 1 … 10
- Input speed up to 10000 rpm
Special structure gears units:
- Designed and manufactured by the customer's requirements
GOŠA FOM gear boxes are characterized by:
- High specific power,
- High operation reliability,
- Extremely long life with minimum maintenance.
- Tapered toothing as per the KLINGELNBERG system with cyclo-paloidal geometry. The toothing is cemented, hardened and finally treated by the HPG (High Precision Gear) procedure.
- Gearboxes housings are nodular castings or of welded structure;
- All the revolving parts are bedded with optimized antifriction bearings;
- Depending on the exploitation conditions and customer requirements the gearbox can be fitted with various additional equipments
- The complete manufacturing process is under constant quality control and each product is subject of final cheek-up followed by the test certificate.
